However, customer service and way too many delays made this a very uncomfortable, disappointing experience where I have hesitancy to recommend purchasing. On two occasions, my planned proposal was ruined due to delays that were never mentioned being a possibility.”
“I absolutely love this setting, as a matter of fact, I chose it myself. Unfortunately, the stones keep falling out. I've had it four years and I've had five stones fall out of the band so far. At first they were covered under my extended warranty, but the time to repair and rerun was usually over a month. Now that the extended warranty is over, and it's just covered by the Lavalier insurance plan, I get the ring back quickly, but they no longer inspect it for loose stones. They just fix it and send it back. While I love the look of this band, I don't recommend it. I don't wear it to the gym or to sleep, yet I keep having to replace the stones.”

We are both excited BUT the quality control department dropped the ball as the prongs holding the main diamond in place are uneven and really take away from what would be an amazing ring. Taking it to their showroom tomorrow to ship back for repair :(”
“When I opened the box the main stone was chipped and scuffed one an entire side of the diamond. Put under a microscope and camera and it was confirmed that it was damaged. Not a very good sign when the first time we see the ring it's damaged. Almost ruined a great moment. The next issue is turn around time on getting it repaired or replaced. In my mind a brand new ring should overnighted to me so that we can enjoy what we I paid for. Customer service was ok. However told me that best they could do is 3-4 weeks to get me a new ring. Seems ridiculous since it had never been touched and was damaged.”
