“The engagement ring my fiance bought me was absolutely beautiful. Round two carat lab made diamond in a rose gold Reina setting. His proposal was based on the diamond ring estimated date of arrival. It took about another two weeks. When we asked customer service for assistance, everyone was completely unhelpful. At one point I was told that they did not know where my package was but they knew he had called the last three days. With the amount of money he spent on this ring, reasonably so he wants to know where his package is. Proposal had to be canceled for the initial date and he lost the money he spent on the initial proposal.”
