My only con is that the ring was not true to size. My fiance was sized beforehand and I ordered her size 4.5. However, the ring was too big for her. She took it to a jewler who sized the ring and said it was actually 4.75.”

“The setting was as beautiful as in the picture and the diamond we added to it was fantastic! We chose to take it to a nearby jeweler to have it sized down instead of sending it back to brilliant earth so that we wouldn't risk having it go through shipment again. Thankfully the jeweler said that the diamond was very nice, it was the exact size we ordered, and he even showed us the serial number on the diamond under a microscope. Unfortunately, he found that six of the small setting diamonds were loose so we had to pay to have them tightened at $20 each, before it could be sized. We thought about calling Brilliant Earth and fighting this but again did not want to send it back out in shipping so we paid the jeweler to tighten them. For a brand new and very expensive ring, none of those diamonds should have been loose. This was our only complaint about purchasing the ring through Brilliant Earth.”
