“Our experience with brilliant earth has been very disappointing. First of all, the delivery of the ring was delayed 2-3 weeks from the initial date. When the ring arrived, it was missing a diamond in the halo. Customer service has been slow with getting the issue resolved, given that it was such a huge mistake/oversight on their behalf. How do you ship an engagement ring that is MISSING a diamond?? Now they want me to ship it back to be fixed and go without it for however long it takes to repair it- meaning I have to wait to show friends and family who are of course, expecting to see it. I have yet to be provided with a time line of how long it would take. I love the design of the ring and our engagement was so special, however the experience was utterly ruined by such an error and added complication.”
