“Ordered the ring as was supposed to come in 10-12 days, the time past and i get another email pushing it back an additional 10 days. Then the ring came, i proposed and she said YES:) a week later we decided to use the free resize and when at the store asked the person helping us to make a note because a stone was out of place. We sent it back and were told to wait 2 weeks, fine. one and a half weeks past and they just realized they had to look at the error in the setting. Got a call back telling me they have to rebuild the ring and they'd give me a better idea of when we will have it back. its been a week since i was told id get more info and ive heard nothing. Overall the timing and communication of the company to client is poor. Im hoping the ring is perfect when we get it back.”
