“The ring is beautiful, unfortunately communication with customer service after I received my order has been less than ideal. I chose a lovely lab created diamond that was GIA graded/certified. When I received the order, it was missing the certification. I reached out to customer service and was told it was coming via email. It's been several days and I've reached out twice already and still have not received the certificate. They resent the appraisal (which was already included), but not the GIA certification. I don't understand why this is so difficult... and frankly makes me question if I want to ever shop with this company again.”

“Took ring in to store to get resized. Paid the resizing fee, but now they tell me I have to get the ring remade. The fee to remake the ring is the same as buying a new one! Why does it cost the same to buy a new ring as it does to remake the one I have? They may be ethically sound stones but they are not ethical with their sales! This is classic bait and switch.”
“My girlfriend (now fiance) and I knew that we wanted to look at engagement rings. Our first concern was finding a diamond that was conflict free yet high quality. Brilliant Earth was on the top of the list and we visited with Caroline at the Chicago branch. She answered all our questions, helped us figure out ring sizes, look through band styles and guided me through the order process. The ring ended up being slightly larger than anticipating but not because of an error in manufacturing. My fiance was nervous during the ring size determination and picked a ring size a little too big. Luckily, Brilliant Earth has a 30-60 day complimentary resize. All we had to do was revisit the Chicago branch and they took care of us promptly. The ring fits beautifully now and we couldn't be happier with her ring. We'll definitely be visiting Brilliant Earth in Chicago for our wedding band.”
