I think it's absolutely great it's conflict free diamond and the metal is recycled. Plus, the ring is beautiful.

Beautiful diamond with great setting. When it arrived it was everything that I had hoped for online with designing it. I was worried it wouldn't be as nice as the pictures but my now fiance is ecstatic with the quality.

The ring was for an engagement and everyone love it even before she did. Great job and thank you for forever being a part of our forever.

Beautiful ring, absolutely incompetent workmanship. The jewelers are clearly absolutely incompetent and didn't set the diamonds right, choosing stones that were too big for the setting. As a result, the sides felt like a saw blade, and the settings broke about a week after we got it. Customer service was good at first, and had me send the ring back for repairs. A month later, we got the new ring, with exactly the same problems. Called the customer service again, and they asked to send it back. So we sent it back, and then FedEx lost it. Then somehow the package ended up at my home again, and we sent it back again. They made a new ring, and it didn't even pass the internal quality control, so they sent it back to make a new one. By that time, I was told that the return period is coming to an end and I had to make a decision whether I wanted to keep it or return it for a refund. Note that at this time I didn't even have the ring on hand. So basically they told me I had to decide before I even saw the thing. Such great service, truly. I decided to get a refund on the ring, and keep the stone. They shipped me the stone, and a pair of earrings that you can buy in a 99 cent store as a consolidation prize. We took the stone to a competent jeweler, who, miraculously, somehow managed to make a ring like the original was supposed to be without any issues. I just don't understand how they think this is an acceptable business model. Either hire people who actually know what they're doing, or stop offering these rings. Absolutely awful experience all around.
