“Overall, the ring came on time for the proposal, and it looks great. On closer inspection, we noticed that one of the small accent gems on the side was missing. We were told by brilliant earth that any repair cannot be handled in one of the physical stores; they must be mailed in and will take up to a MONTH to be returned to us. My fiance is upset she will have to be away from her ring that long, and now I wish I would have used a local jeweler so this could have been avoided.”
