“My fiance hunted for the perfect ring for me for weeks. He had an image in his head of what he was looking for, something that was unique, incorporated my Irish heritage, and fit for a queen. The engagement and wedding band together look like a crown. It's perfect, just like him. HOWEVER, Delivery/customer service needs serious improvement...the checkout page allows you to ship to another person/address, good luck trying to pick it up if you aren't a millennial with social media accounts spewing your personal life all over the web!! That's how 'security' connects you to the person who buys it for you...seriously?!?! The process was a complete headache. My fiance just wanted me to pick it up or have it delivered to my house because he travels and didn't trust a box being left at his door or at his complexes office. Brilliant Earth gave us the run around for a week to 'verify' our relationship...thanks for making the moment so memorable (yes, that's called sarcasm)!! We will never purchase from Brilliant Earth again because of it!”

“This ring was a disaster. My fiance and I picked it out and within 10 days the prongs had loosened to the point where the stone was moving around. We asked to have it fixed and it was sent out to California where it was repaired without charge. Great so far. About 10 days after that the prongs were loose again. Finally we went to a jeweler, who was frustrated because there were several design flaws and the prongs would never hold the size of the stone. I realize a jeweler has an incentive to be upset with the original construction, but this was spot on and pointed out several huge flaws with the ring. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Buy from a local jeweler and save yourself some aggravation. We now have to spend $350 more to get this garbage fixed.”
