“The ring design was wonderful and the diamond selection was very large. Original delivery and details were great. When it came down to resizing everything was subpar. Customer experience with a large purchase is expected to be a bit better, overall the communication was terrible. A few different people had very different things to say, the experience left me not pleased and I'll likely never use BE again.”
