“Purchased as engagement ring. Ring looks lovely, they were very good about resizing for us when it ended up being too big as well. However, and maybe this is just a picture issue, or a misunderstanding on my part, but the band itself is rather thin, and the diamond sits very high off the ring. We're a bit concerned about catching it on things, and being banged up easily. Just beware, but looks amazing and customer service was exellent!”

“I love my ring, it's beautiful. I've had it for less than a year (got engaged in October and married in May). I don't wear it while I do chores and I work a desk job. Regardless, I've managed to maybe knock it on a countertop or something similar a few times and the portion that holds the stone has bent out of shape. I had to send it in for repair a couple of months ago because the setting was absolutely bent forward. I was without my ring for a month and it didn't come back 100% aligned with my wedding band anymore. It has started bending again and I'm nervous I'm going to need to send it in for yet another repair. I purchased jewelry insurance this time to make sure I don't have to pay repair costs anymore, but as I said, I've had this ring for less than a year and plan to wear it for decades. I've worn other rings before and have never had an issue like this. I'm not sure if it is because it's a very thin ring or if it's because it is set higher up (which aesthetically is beautiful), but it's a shame it isn't more sturdy.”
“Was over the moon with my ring until after 6 months of wearing it, the setting came completely detached from the ring - without any major trauma. To add insult to injury, it is not covered by the warranty, unrepairable and Brilliant Earth are only offering $300 toward setting price for 'raw materials' - nowhere near what was paid. Awful.”

“The top portion of the ring is out of plane with the ring itself, in two different ways. It is tilted relative to the ring when looking from the side and it is also rotated such that ring does not fall in the center of the supports when viewing from the side. This also means that the point of the stone on the bottom does not actually aim at the center of the ring band but somewhere a little off to the side. The center stone and accent stones seem as advertised, but it's extremely disappointing that my overall sense of the ring's quality has been spoiled by this careless execution in putting it together.”
