“A absolutely love my ring! It's gorgeous and so sparkly! But within a month of wearing it the white gold was already wearing off and turning yellow. I'd understand if this had happened over a long period of time but within such a short period of time was surprising. I was even more surprised when I reached out to customer service and they said they would do nothing about it (or they would but I would have to pay to ship it and re-dip it). It didn't make sense to re-dip it if it would just wear off again in another months time. I don't live in the same country as a store so I will never have the opportunity to bring my ring in. Now I'm always worried about my ring and I take it off to do everything (work, cleaning, using hand sanitizer after going out, etc) which I shouldn't have to do. I feel like when you spend so much money on a ring you should have the peace of mind that it's manufactured well enough that nothing will happen during every day use and if something were to happen, the company would fix it! After this incident I asked the company what coverage I do have with the ring and they said nothing but cleanings. Only manufacturing warranty is included, so it would be their call if it's considered manufacturing error. I don't live in the United States so I will never get the free cleanings and feel like my fiance wasted a lot of money. Unfortunately now I won't be able to buy a true fit wedding band as I'm not willing to risk going through the same experience with the company.”
