The ring shipped right to our house, and we loved that we could see updates on how many days were left before it was going to ship. After the ring arrived he hid it for a few weeks before surprising me with a sunrise proposal on the beach! I have gotten so many comments on how beautiful the ring is. “I have been in love with my engagement ring since I was proposed to 3 years ago. I wear it nearly every day and receive so many compliments. It truly is one of the most beautiful engagement rings out there! However, it's only been 3 years since I received my ring and I've had to send it in twice already. The first time was because a diamond had fallen out. The second is because there was severe fracturing in my band and loose diamonds around the setting. My ring is 1.5carats so the rock is a bit heavier, but I am pretty disappointed at the lack of quality. I did expect a sturdier ring that wouldn't fracture. I do not recall hitting my ring anywhere but it has bent badly since it is so dainty and just from daily wear. I'm reconsidering whether to get a completely new setting or take my business somewhere else, as I'm having a hard time trusting the Brilliant Earth quality. I also am only receiving metal credit if I get a new ring. My diamonds on the setting are not being credited,”

“I purchased this ring back in August 2020 and the initial process was great! The online staff were helpful with my questions and I ordered feeling confident in my purchase. It took about 3 weeks to initially get the order shipped to me and it looked great (even came a couple days earlier than expected). After proposing, we had to send the ring back to be resized. The resizing process took about 3 weeks from when we first shipped the ring back to Brilliant Earth to when we received the ring again. After receiving the ring after resizing, we noticed that there was some damage to the band causing a rough portion. We sent it back again and had to wait an additional 2 weeks to hear back from Brilliant Earth, who said they would fix the ring again. Now 3 weeks later, they have called me again and say that the ring now needs to be completely rebuilt which will take an additional 3 weeks. I'm disappointed that we have to wait so long for a fix from a simple resizing.”
