“We were attracted to purchase from Brilliant Earth because of their ethically sourced diamonds. This ring looks beautiful in the picture. My experience has not been the case with this ring nor the company. The band is much thinner than expected and I had multiple issues with the sizing. Less than two years after owning the ring, the shank in the ring is cracked, the setting that holds the diamond is bent, and there are several loose stones. This is not normal for a ring with normal wear. Customer service has not been helpful at all. I was provided inaccurate information and they provided no acceptable remedy.They do not stand by the quality of their product. I regret purchasing from this company. What should be a beautiful piece to cherish for the rest of my life has become a disappointment. My advice is to go to a local jewelry store because they can provide the following benefits: You can try on rings and find your perfect ring that suits what you want and not rely on blown up or altered pictures. You can ensure the perfect fit. If there are issues with the ring after purchase, you can quickly have them addressed without having to ship it and wait for weeks before it is returned. Most local jewelers have better and less expensive warranty plans than what Brilliant Earth offers. These are the lessons I learned the hard way. I would not recommend purchasing from this company as the quality does not hold up over time.”

“It is very difficult to tell by the description, but the prongs on the band protrude a great deal and are very painful to the fingers surrounding the ring finger, especially when my fiance holds my hand. Unfortunately, my fiance proposed more then 30 days after he purchased the ring, so we couldn't exchange it for a less painful option. The only way Brilliant Earth would reset the diamond is if we purchased a new band altogether, and they are not even able to use the gemstones of my original band. Very disappointed with our Brilliant Earth experience. I was hoping to purchase a matching wedding band, but I do not want to risk purchasing another ring that could be painful with a misleading photo and description.”
