This ring exceeded my expectations from the second I opened the box, but more importantly my fiance loved it. She is constantly looking at it all the time. The company as a whole has been great, I spoke to customer service when ordering on what to expect with shipping times and their estimates were spot on.
The only issue we had was I ordered a 5 1/2, and the ring was a little big, We took it to two different jewelers and they sized it at a 6. Brilliant Earth does offer a free resizing, but my fiance didn't want to be without the ring for more than a few days, that's how much she loves it, so we ended up getting it resized at a local goldsmith.
