The band is little thicker than I anticipated but I will get used to wearing it after a while and it's probably for the best as it will make the ring more durable. It's a beautiful shade of yellow so clearly the quality of the gold is high. This ring is simple and the chevron will fit with my engagement ring nicely and it's exactly how I pictured my wedding band. I'm VERY pleased.”

I tried speaking with customer reps several times and it was hard to get an answer from a repair specialist. Eventually, they insisted that nothing was wrong, but I have pictures and measurements otherwise. When I tried to switch to a refund, they were extremely unhelpful and said I had passed the refund window, but that was only because they had kept delaying their conversation with me.”
