Sascha at the flatiron show room in NYC was lovely and helpful. Answered all of our questions and didn't try to push too hard to sell us something we didn't want.”

“I was incredibly excited to order this ring for my husband after he tried it on in-store. Unfortunately, after less than a month and a half, the ring is covered in visible scuffs and scratches. He only wears the ring 2-3 times a week and takes it off before he does anything remotely laborious. I expected the matte finish to show wear more quickly, but never would have anticipated how truly delicate the finish of this ring would be. I write this review with the hope that someone else might have the chance to reconsider before making a similar costly mistake.”
