“The service was great at the showroom, and led us to purchase this ring. However, the actual product that arrived had inconsistent colors between the sapphire stones, so we made an exchange. Unfortunately the replacement that arrived has the same issues, the same inconsistent stone colors but in a different configuration, nothing like the ring shown at the showroom. It seems like the stone colors and brilliance varies will vary in this ring, the stock photos and showroom product will not be representative to what you get in the delivery.”
