“The matte part scratches very badly, no matter how careful my husband is. There were noticeable scratches on our wedding day (the first time he wore it). Disappointed in the quality overall for how much we paid.”
“Fell in love with the style of this ring. When our salesperson determined what size to order, he failed to mention that the sizers run differently. It came in too small and had to exchange. The ring itself is beautiful, but be aware of the sizing discrepancy.”

“I visited the Dallas showroom and fell in love with the 6.5mm beveled edge matte wedding ring, so I placed an order for this ring. When I opened up the package, I was shocked to see a very different ring from the one I saw in the showroom. My two favorites things about the ring were missing from the one I received: the beveled edge and the polished beveled edge. I took it to the showroom and myself and the BE associate looked at the beveled edge showroom ring and the one I received side-by-side and they looked like two completely different rings. We ended up having it sent back to the BE design studio to have it inspected. I eventually got a call from BE saying the inspection was completed and the ring I received was, indeed, the beveled edge ring I ordered and saw in the showroom. They then told me that they determined the ring I received was within the designed tolerance. They said the width of the beveled edge on the ring in the showroom was on one end of the allowable tolerance zone while the one I received was on the opposite end of that zone, which is why they looked different. While that is a good explanation, I just don't understand how a fine jewelry company that makes rings under a microscope can allow such a large tolerance where when built at opposite ends of the tolerance zone they end up looking like two very different rings. You be the judge from the picture. The ring on the left is the one in the showroom and the one on the right is what I received.
I do want to say I purchased my fiancee's engagement ring and wedding band from BE and was very pleased with the quality of them. This made me want to purchase my wedding ring from BE. But after this mishap, I unfortunately had to take my business elsewhere to purchase my wedding ring.”
