“It is a very heavy metal so you can tell that it is great quality. I am very happy with the ring but I gave it 4 stars as I am very disappointed with the engraving. It is so tiny and did not even cover half of the width of the ring. I chose the cursive font and you can not even tell what the engraving says. I emailed Brilliant Earth about this and they offered to re-do it in the other font but said that it would be the same size I really just wanted my money back so I could take it elsewhere and ensure that it would be readable forever. Buy the ring but take it somewhere else to have the engraving done.”
“The ring is great. However, the process to get this ring was inconvenient. I initially wanted a black tungsten ring. I ordered it with phone support because the Chicago location told me I am unable to order quarter sizes online. The person I spoke to ordered the ring and all that. I got an email 3 days later stating that ring doesn't come in a quarter size. At that point, two people gave me inaccurate information. Once I got my refund, I ordered this ring. I was told since I had already returned a product, I am not eligible for a resize or return for this ring. I called and spoke to someone and they resolved the issue due to the systematic auto response, and miscommunication from the other two representatives. Because of the inconvenience, I received the ring late and i wasn't able to wear it for our engagement party.”
“I bought this wedding band for my fiance. He wanted the comfort band in the matte finish, but when trying those on, they looked plain. The associate brought this one as an option, and it was perfect. It still has the styling that he wanted, but the polished beveled edges, gives it that pop. It's just as handsome as he is, but has that polished feature that elevates it. I purchased it in the platinum finish.”

Scratches a little bit too easily, but I'm sure that can be cleaned up by polishing/buffing it again”
