And the worst part is he got it engraved so brilliant earth did not want to take it back. And on top of all the engraving is ridiculous , you can't even read it! The ring is also extremely uncomfortable. After only two weeks of wearing it I got an itchy spot on my finger.So very disappointed with this ring and the customer satisfaction policy at brilliant earth!”
“My fiance ordered my gorgeous new wedding ring from Brilliant Earth after we had several discouraging experiences in chain stores. I am allergic to most metals and require a platinum ring, and this band is absolutely perfect. We were repeatedly by other stores that platinum prices are 3x's gold, but this ring was extremely reasonable. That aside, the ring itself is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship is wonderful, and the sizing was perfect. I was really nervous about ordering a ring online and not trying it on first, but the customer service line answered all of my questions about returns and resizing (I would recommend Brilliant Earth based off of their customer service alone, simply outstanding).
