“For my wedding set, I knew I wanted a classic solitaire for my engagement ring and an engraved/interesting ring for my wedding band to create a unique set.
I have this ring paired with BE's six-prong classic ring and love how they look together! It is a perfect mix of classic/antique for my personality. The bands do not sit perfectly flush, but I expected that as I was mixing ring styles.
Overall, the ring is gorgeous. I love the detail of the design and the sparkle of the channel-set diamonds.”
“I had ordered the Delicate Antique Scroll wedding band to go with the Delicate Antique Scroll in rose gold with a 1.05 carat cushion stone. I loved the band's scrolling. Please note that the wedding band, while very beautiful, doesn't sit flush with a cushion stone. I returned the wedding band because it didn't lay flat against the engagement band - there was a gap between the two bands. Apparently this only works well with a round stone. I also didn't notice from the specs that this band (and most of the bands on Brilliant Earth) is only 2mm. It is very light, and is definitely comfortable. I was accustomed to a band that was thicker and heavier than the delicate scroll, and I realized when it arrived that I prefer a wider setting. Although the delicate antique scroll was beautiful, it was too delicate for me. I also wanted something more ornate than a solitaire as it was an anniversary setting. I ended up exchanging the setting for a "custom" setting of Antique Scroll 3 Stone Trellis with a 4mm band.”
“My fiance and I picked this out for our upcoming wedding. This ring is absolutely gorgeous, I could not be more pleased with our choice. My engagement ring features hand engraved filigree, and this band is its perfect match. The channel-set diamonds really sparkle and make the diamond on my engagement ring pop. Overall, this is simply stunning and unique, nothing like I have seen before. Amazing value!”
“I purchased this wedding band to match my wife's engagement ring that i purchased approx 3 years earlier. When I received the ring it did not even come close to matching the engagement ring. The reason I got was that this was a new mould and the previous one (which would have matched the engagement ring) was ""thrown out."" So I ended up having to send both of the rings back so that the engagement ring could be re-made to match the wedding band. I was told this would be easier to do then remaking the wedding band that I just purchased. This process costed me $200, which I had to talk down from $300. What I cannot understand is why you would ever throw out an old mould, considering that the appeal of these rings is that they match. Not to mention people ordering anniversary rings to match rings that they have purchased previously. I have to admit that the rings do look amazing, and I am glad that I did get them matched, but I am not please with the stress this caused for my wife and I (I got the rings back less then a week before our wedding day) and the fact that I had to spend an additional $200 that I wasn't expecting to spend. I really feel that these costs should have been fully covered by brilliant earth, especially considering my wife and I are return customers multiple times over.”
“We purchased this ring for my wedding band, to match to my engagement ring (the Adorned Trio Diamond Ring). I was very excited when we first got it and I tried it on without my e-ring - it looked beautiful. However, when I put it on with my e-ring, there was a noticeable gap, and the set looked altogether kind of clunky on my hand. I was planning on returning it and even went so far as to look at other, non-matching wedding bands from local jewelers. At the suggestion of some coworkers, I actually wore the two rings together for a couple of hours, and decided to keep the BE wedding band - even though there is a gap, and even though the two bands together are quite thick, none of the other rings really complimented my engagement ring as well as this ring did. I look forward to wearing them together for a very long time!”
