The ring is made of a lot more platinum that I had expected--it's a sturdy ring (much thicker than expected), but its 2.5mm width keeps it just feminine enough and the comfort fit is well executed, so even though it's so thick, I don't notice it. It's a great weight--it weighed in on my kitchen scale at about 5 grams, while my husband's hand carved 5mm width band (which cost almost 4x more) weighed 7 grams, so I feel like this particular was a pretty good value. My ring size is a 6.5, and this ring, due to the comfort fit felt a teeny bit large, but not to the extent I'd get it resized.”
