“My husband got my engagement ring at Brilliant Earth so I went back to check wedding bands that would match. I really liked the fact that I could select my engagement ring and was shown which bands would work well with it. The ring is super sparkly and absolutely beautiful! It's well made and comfortable! One BIG con for me was I that there's no option to choose your diamonds (lab or natural) and that was one of the main reasons we went with Brilliant Earth to begin with. When I contacted customer service they suggested to replace the natural diamonds for me for ONLY $150 extra (may I remind you lab diamonds are about 20% cheaper..) If I was given a choice of diamonds (even colorful ones maybe!) I think that would have made the ring perfect, just a little disappointed in that since they claim to lead the lab diamond market.”
“I really love this ring, it's great. My only issue is I wish there was less diamonds and they were a little bigger. There are so many tiny diamonds that it wraps all the way around my finger so the diamonds are underneath the ring too, otherwise it's great.”
“I bought this as a marching band to my waverly morganite rose gold enagagemwnt ring. It's beautiful and thin just how I wanted however the rose golds on the two rings don't seem to match. Maybe the rose gold on my engagement ring has changed color overtime. I'm not sure”

“The service was world-class as usual. However, my wife had this for about 2 weeks and one of the diamonds fell out! She works in an office setting so I would attribute it to either the worksmanship was too rushed or just a lack of quality control. I contacted BE and they let me know they would take care of it but total would take around 3 weeks to first determine if they would take care of it (which should've been a no brainer if we had only had it for 2 weeks) but I get it they need to check if there was any big impact on it or not. We were lucky enough to have them cover it but we shouldn't be "lucky" to have them cover it since it's supposed to be top quality... The engagement ring has the same setting and has been fine so I know the quality is there, just need to be extra careful and know there's that risk of having the diamonds fall out. The front desk even commented "oh that's jewelry for you" when I said the diamond fell out..so if you are paranoid or worried about the diamonds falling out definitely get insurance (you should get it anyways) but this is more prone to that...”
“Wedding band is beautiful and matches engagement ring from BE perfectly. Unfortunately after only 5 days of wear one of the diamonds has already fallen out. Still giving four stars though because I assume brilliant earth will make this right and replace the stone.”
