“I loved this ring as soon as I saw it. I purchased it February 2020 in anticipation of my September 2020 wedding, so I never wore it regularly until then. I really wish I had inspected it closer upon its arrival. After I started wearing it semi-regularly (roughly every other day, and not while sleeping), I noticed the top clasp that holds down the central diamond started to move out of place and began to catch on my clothing. Although I tried my best to fix it and avoid damaging it any further, I wasn't surprised when one day I noticed that the central diamond was gone. This was only after two months of wearing it. BE replaced the diamond for a fee and implied that I had damaged it. Of course this doesn't add up considering I've worn my BE engagement ring every day for THREE YEARS and it is still flawless. Regardless, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, paid, and had it fixed. Now, another four months later, after wearing this ring sparingly (maybe once a week at most), the top clasp has just completely broken off and the diamond has come loose again! From this experience, I would highly discourage purchasing this product. If I could request a refund, I would take it.”
