“Made a purchase over the holidays, However after the ring was opened we wanted to get a different metal and size. Post holiday shuffle we tried to exchange and were told that wouldn't be possible because we are 2 days past the refund / exchange window (even though we didn't open the ring for 2 weeks until the holiday). They graciously offered to buy back the unworn ring at a 50% discount. I wasn't asking for a refund just hoping to get a ring that we really wanted.”
“I loved this ring until the band split after only three years of owning the ring. It was purchased as an alternative engagement ring so I wore it most days but took it off when sleeping / doing chores / etc. Nevertheless, the band broke and Brilliant Earth does not accept any responsibility. The repair costs are about 10% of the ring's cost - just not worth it especially when it seems the issue will arise again in the future. I am getting it repaired once and then plan to only wear on special occasions, which is a shame since it is my engagement ring that I hoped to wear near-daily. I would not recommend purchasing this ring for regular usage - or in general, purchasing from Brilliant Earth.”
