“My husband surprised me with this ring two Christmas' ago and it is beautiful! However, within a month of me actually wearing it, a stone fell out. I was disappointed in Brilliant Earth's customer service at the time - they were polite but unsympathetic. In the end, the did declare the issue a manufacturer defect and fixed it for free (it took over a month of the ring being sent away). They said they tightened up the rest of the settings. Naturally I compulsively look at my ring all day, every day now, fearing that another stone will fall out. Since getting the ring, I've never worn it to work out and I baby it carefully - which I shouldn't have to do! Yesterday during one of my many daily checks, I noticed another stone had fallen out!!! So now I have to go through the whole pain of sending it in, hoping it will be declared a defect again so I don't have to pay for it, and waiting to get my ring back. At this point, I really wish that Brilliant Earth would apologize for the poor workmanship and offer a refund or exchange. This was supposed to be an heirloom that I could pass down to my daughter, but now I can't even enjoy wearing it knowing a stone could come out any moment. I'm severely disappointed and absolutely do not recommend this ring to anyone else. How Brilliant Earth handles this next round of fixing my ring will determine whether I'd ever recommend this company to anyone, either.”
