Hi Erica, I am sorry you had trouble with your brush. Our product has been tested to provide SPF 30 protection, but it is always important to reapply at least every 2 hours, and to be sure you have applied an adequate amount to provide that level of coverage.

“I can't review because I istill have not received my order! Tracking information says that it was delivered to my mailbox (housed in a building under lock and key), but it wasn't ever delivered. Brush on Block's customer service basically said "too bad" and that I had to take it up with the post office. So, buyer beware. I mean, I realize things happen, but to get NO HELP AT ALL from the retailer is disturbing.”
Oh my goodness, Tracey, our apologies! We do ask people to reach out to their post office first, because they were the last known location of the package, and it often results in the package being delivered! But if that doesn't work, we are more than happy to help!
