Brush on Block's customer service basically said "too bad" and that I had to take it up with the post office. So, buyer beware. I mean, I realize things happen, but to get NO HELP AT ALL from the retailer is disturbing.”
Oh my goodness, Tracey, our apologies! We do ask people to reach out to their post office first, because they were the last known location of the package, and it often results in the package being delivered! But if that doesn't work, we are more than happy to help!
