Thank you for writing. Sorry you’re having trouble! Here are some tips to get the powder flowing. First, make sure you are clicking the brush into the “open” position. Next, give it a good shake to get the powder down through brush for the first time. You should be able to see the powder in the bristles of the brush. If you’re still having trouble, then you may have a faulty brush, and we will replace it with a functioning brush at no charge. Please email us at customerservice@brushonblock.com.
