BOB KIDS SPF 30 Brush On Mineral Sunscreen Reviews

3.8 Rating 216 Reviews
Overall very happy with this product. Given it’s translucent powder hard to tell how much is really on. However my four year old can’t stand other products like creams and sprays on his face so I can’t really get them on well anyway. Miserable experience. This he likes and experience overall much better. He feels like it tickles. No burning so far! And I can put in his hair which is short.

Easiest application of sunscreen I’ve ever used!!! My grandkids are soooo happy!! Thank you for the great customer service when I had an “issue”.

Great product to use on kids who don't like the texture of liquid sunscreen.

I have trouble seeing if there is full coverage because it comes out lightly and is translucent but my kids like it and I hope I get better at applying iy

Very disappointed especially for the price. For such a small amount and how expensive it was I really expected this to make my life easier with my little one and not burn her. I applied the product as the instructions indicated to my 12 month old and within and hour she was burned. I also didn’t bring back up sunscreen in case the Bob didn’t work so had to leave family and friends early bc product didn’t work on my child. I feel completely ripped off and am very disappointed. Another Facebook scam

Our brushes contain enough powder for 60-75 applications, so although it seems small, it is actually a lot of powder. We want to make sure you understand how our brushes function and to be sure yours if working correctly, so a member of our team will reach out to you directly.

So far this seems to be protecting my kids' skin. My one issue with it is that it's almost impossible to tell if it's going on. I see that that can be a benefit - invisibility - but I worry sometimes that maybe not enough is coming out (or maybe it's too much - I don't know!). But overall it seems to be working!

I have a fair-skinned 3-year old who HATES any sort of spray, lotion, stick, or roll-on sunscreen. This is the only one that not only will she let me put it on anywhere, but she asks for it and wants to do it herself. It's practically invisible on application, so I was so skeptical. The first time we really tested it I put it on 20 minutes before (as recommended), and we went to a pool party. I really should've re-applied sooner than I did so we both got a bit pink, but despite that neither of us burned the way we would've without any coverage (and I know this because 3 days later my MiL took my daughter out and she did get a burn from a much shorter period of sun). I do wish the kid's brushes could be refilled instead of having to purchase a whole new one each time, and that they came in higher SPF for those of us that burn so easily, but ultimately I really liked this product and I'm interested to see how the rest of our summer goes!
