“So far, one month in, I truly enjoy this keyboard. The keys are perfectly responsive with a nice tactile feel. The backlighting is adjustable to the conditions in the room and provides the right amount of lighting for the key. Since I use the IPad a lot for drawing, easily removing and attaching the iPad was an important consideration in the purchase. The rubber-faces retention clips are simple, yet hold the iPad firmly in place. The clips also place the keyboard at a nice typing angle when open more than 90 degrees. I was originally considering a case for the iPad and even one that is compatible with the keyboard but isn’t necessary unless you’re prone to dropping your phone and the like. This setup feels so much like a notebook laptop that I’m only reminded that is isn’t one when I reach for the trackpad that doesn’t exist. I read some complaints about the weight. True, it is heavy, but not unnecessarily so, as the keyboard is sturdy and provides a perfect counterbalance to the iPad when open. The only negative I have is the space gray color doesn’t completely match but I think it’s because the texture of the metal on the keyboard is different from the iPad. I strongly recommend this keyboard. You won’t be disappointed.”
