“I ordered my 9.7 space grey on October 31st. When it finally came tuesday the 6th I opened it and one of the hinges were broken. I called asap and spoke to Kieran. He requested I filed a support claim with the attached pictures. Immediately I received an email with return shipping label. I expressed that I was leaving town and wanted my replacement before then. They upgraded my shipping and I received my replacement by the 9th. They went above and beyond what was necessary for their customer..... now to the product. This thing is amazing. My wife has the logi keyboard for her ipad and loves it but this blows it out of the water. The backlight keyboard, volume buttons, brightness buttons everything is seamless and definitely no lag when typing. Thank you guys for creating such an amazing product and top notch customer service.”

“I left a thorough review titled “just falls short of perfection” and now I can say with certainty that this is the best keyboard/service on the market. The support team reached out to me for the minor sensitivity issues I was having and wanted to fix it right away. Even though my warranty was voided because of water damage they were still willing to send me an “out of box” replacement that was tested by their staff and works perfectly. I expected to get my old one back but they went above and beyond what was required of them and took the time to walk me through the process. The keys are incredibly smooth to type on and the backlit ability is so useful for those long nights studying. The battery life is INSANE and I only need to charge it like twice a year if that and I use it for hours daily! I cannot praise this company more for their dedication to their customers and quality of customer service as well as an excellent product that I will recommend to anyone who wants a versatile, sleek, and easy to use keyboard.”
