“i bought my first Brydge a year ago. While I loved the design and integration with the iPad, it one skipped keys continually. One had to type very slowly and press very hard to use it at all - very frustrating! Brydge support said that they had heard nothing about this issue except for one guy, which was replaced. Then i read countless reviews with the same issue of unresponsive keys - so i assumed that was how it worked, and lived with it. A year later the keyboard was totally misfunctioning. Still under warranty, I sent it back - support claimed it had “liquid damage” and would not horor the warranty. I read about others who were denied clains because of “liquid damage” or “dirt in keyboard”. Out of curiosity, I tried another Brydge. This one typed perfectly, very responsive, no skipped keys. I assume Brydge fixed the defect, but kept it quiet to avoid replacing loads of bad ones. If yours skips keys - have them send you another!!! Five stars if you get a good one, 0 stars if you get a defective one.”

“Really like the added keyboard option this provides to my iPad i.e., now laptop. Although a bit smaller the keyboard works well for me. I had to train myself to call the touch screen my new mouse. Mad all the difference mentally. Continue to learn and get the feel of this change. Find myself using this more and my MacBook less. I was hoping to to from a laptop, iPad and iPhone to an iPad/keyboard and iPhone. Also gained the pencil option in the deal. Brydge provides a great option and very good service. Steve”

“Ordered this product 22 days ago with 3-5 day shipping. The keyboard has not arrived. My 5 emails to customer service have not been replied to. The customer service phone number is always busy. I’ve tried ringing it close to 100 times. I think this company sucks and it’s possibly some kind of scam, or in financial trouble. I recommend avoiding it, unless you want to get involved in a tiresome and lengthy process of trying to get your money back from people who don’t answer their emails or their phone.”
