“My wife ordered 2 of the9.7 keyboards on 12/17/2017 and was told they would arrive on the 20th or 21st. She got a tracking number for the USPS however when we try to track it all it says is that a shipping label has been prepared on 12/18/2017 and the USPS is still awaiting the item. She has sent several emails to this company and tried calling customer service but has not received any response whatsoever. Needless to say we are very disappointed with bridge keyboards not to mention the fact that they already charged her credit card and we still have no product”
