“First I have called customer service three times. Once before buying and twice after. A representative from Brydge actually answers the phone and in my case RIGHT AWAY! Took care of my concerns RIGHT AWAY! I love what this keyboard does for my ipad. I ordered the Gold Keyboard for my 5th Gen 9.7 ipad and the clear cover to protect it. Can’t say enough about it BUT THANKS! Oh yeah 12 warranty and extended 12 more when you register your product on line.”

“If you like having to pound the keys to get them to respond, then this is the keyboard for you. I am throwing this in the far corner of my closet and buying a new Logitech ASAP”

“2nd keyboard I purchased. I loved the first and needed a new one to ordered again. This keyboard keys are SO unresponsive that I constantly miss every 2nd or 3rd key and have to hit it two to three times to get the keys to respond. Actually rating this because the customer service is horribe. I am have been waiting 10 days for a response to my service request. I resent it already and still no response. I'd return the product if I could get them to respond!!”

“...the keys are not vey responsive. Expect to to type pretty slowly, - and hard - or you will get lots of missed letters. Otherwise it is a beautifully designed keyboard that transforms your iPad into a mini-Mac with touch screen.”

“Keyboard needs a thunk on the keys, not as responsive as the Apple keyboard but does provide necessary space between the upper row of keys and the screen which the Apple does not. I love the aluminum design it makes my iPad Pro look and feel like a touch screen device with a good keyboard. I recommend this keyboard to anyone who wishes to remove the cramping of the Apple keyboard. The Brydge is laid out similar to my iMac keyboard but without the function keys. Blue Tooth is exceptional - the joining of the Brydge to the iPad Pro is seamless. I’m very pleased with the Brydge 9.7.”
