“The first unit I had to ship back because it did not charge-after some interrogation by an employee-no I am not stupid -I have an MD,Ph.D degree and Professorship-the second unit charged but the keys are missing and/or very hard to hit /I am sick and tired of this company and the unit goes on the garage sale do not even want to return it”

“I have used the Brydgeair as a companion to my iPad Air for the past 3 years. Out of necessity more than anything. I will admit that it is probably the best keyboard available for the iPad Air, but not the best keyboard out there. I have used the smart keyboard with the iPad Pro and that is by far the most user friendly keyboard on the market, but unfortunately isn't available for the iPad Air. So this review is mostly targeted to iPad Pro owners wanting a keyboard. Don't get the Brydge Keyboard. The hardest thing about Brydge is the customer support. At least with Apple there are a few Brick and Mortar stores if you have any woes with the keyboard. Out of the gate my brydge keyboard lost both of the bumpers to protect the iPad. This caused scratches on the iPad screen. Replacement shims are so ridiculously for what they are. The keyboard DOES NOT allow you to access the control center while it is connected, and the speakers on the keyboard are dwarfed in performance by the stock iPad speakers. And good luck getting your money back. Support was unhelpful and took too long to get back with me which ended in me falling outside the return policy window. And on top of that they wanted to charge an arm and a leg to return the keyboard even if I had been within the window. Over the past three years I have used this keyboard out of necessity for typing on my iPad. I have not enjoyed the experience because it is hard to interact with features on the keyboard, especially with iOS 11. I would NOT recommend Brydge, purely based on the customer support experience, but also because the product gets in the way of the iPad.”
