“I purchased this keyboard (iPad Pro 9.7 LTE) a couple of months ago. It worked great until an update by Apple caused some interference. I contacted Brydge with the issue, sent in the keyboard and they took care of my issue quickly by sending a new keyboard. Quick turnaround time on their part. The new keyboard works great. I highly recommend this keyboard for iPad users.”

“I received my order faster then I expected and well packaged. As instructed I replaced the the shims, they should say after removing the old shims fold the new ones and push in before removing the tape. Just my thought. So far it holds my new Air Pad fine and work well”
