“Very happy with my SurfacePro Brydge keyboard, so I bought a new IPad keyboard from Brydge. Took two weeks to get here, and arrived missing the Bluetooth key. Now I am awaiting an RMA and I suspect it will take another two or three weeks to get the damned keyboard. Customer Support has been great, but gosh they're slow in shipping.”

“Horrible service! They don't deliver on time and make you wait three weeks before they do something. I purchased July 4, was told delivery would be by the 12, and its now the 20 and I'm still waiting. Beware!”

“This is my second keyboard. I bought one for my iPad Air 2 a couple years ago and it was great. When I bought my iPad Pro, I upgraded to the latest keyboard, and the difference is amazing. Much more responsive, the charge lasts longer and the keyboard is laid out much better. On top of this, their customer service is amazing. I had to contact them a couple times on the previous keyboard and they responded right away. This keyboard makes you feel like you are on a PC not a tablet. Highly Recommend.”
