Since I misunderstood the concept of this product I was disappointed to discover it was not a keyboard case (which wanted to replace my old one with) but a keyboard, only. When I discovered that I could not get a case to accompany the keyboard I was again, disappointed. The keyboard, itself is very user friendly and the backlite is great, my reason for choosing Brydge. The aluminum case is a plus. The hinge assembly required me to use the adaptor which is not quite fitting properly, but seems to function. The iPad seems to move around in the hinges quite easily. Any hints as to how to improve that would be appreciated.

Excellent quality and fast delivery. Needed 2 fir my kids as their school demanded them. Really nicely made high end finish.

I felt a little cheated by the hidden postage costs, an unnecessary shock at checkout. Mentally would have felt better paying more for the product and less for the postage. Due to you sales process I thought it was going to take ages to arrive but no Great Product and Great service

I purchased a Brydge wireless keyboard for my daughter's school I-pad. The keyboard wont charge, at all. It has never turned on. I emailed the company. They decided to mail me a new charger by snail mail. It never came. I complained. It's been 2 weeks and the product still doesn't work. They decided to order me another charger. They said it should mail out in 48 hours by regular mail. I am upset with the product and the customer service. They should have shipped the charger by overnight mail or sent me a new product. To make this matter worse, my daughter is falling behind in class without a keyboard. My experience has been awful.
