“I'm a fast typist and found the Brydge keyboard to be noisy and very unreliable, skipping letters frequently, to the extend of being impractical to use. I'm frankly baffled by the good reviews after attempting to use the keyboard for the past weeks.”

“Had Ruggedbook for a few years and it broke around 4 times. Finally bit the bullet and got a Brydge 9.7". Works great, arrived quickly. Works as advertised, and is quite responsive. Feels like a Mac.”

“Recently, the bottom row of keys on my Brydge 9.7 stopped working. I reached out to Brydge Support and recieved a prompt reply from Eric. He was very helpful in offering troubleshooting options. When those didn't work, he promptly sent a return label. Upon reciept of my keyboard, it was bench tested and verified to be malfunctioning and I recieved my replacement within a week of mailing it back. During that time, I resorted to using my previous Logitech keyboard. I'm so happy to have my Brydge back! The keys are more comfortable and responsive, and I like that I have the ability to set the angle of the screen to wherever I need. (Unlike the Logitech.) I've read negative reviews on this page and think their experiences must be operator error! It does everything as advertised very well. It comes with different thickness rubber gaskets for the hinges for the various models of iPad, the hinges can be adjusted to ensure a firm grip on the device. It's sturdy, so of course it's going to add weight. If you don't want to have the features it boasts and just want an external keyboard, then buy a flimsy one, but you'll sacrifice some great features that you didn't know you were missing until you use the Brydge.”
