“Ordered Feb 6. Website said I should receive in approximately 3 days. I enquired about my order after 2 weeks and was told item was out of stock and I should receive in 6 weeks! Not at all happy about the wait! Reply said website showed the item was out of stock when I ordered but it did not!”

“I like the keyboard but didn't give five stars because it doesn't stay in place. It is always coming off and I cannot store it with the keyboard attached. It's a bit frustrating!”

“Very nice feel when typing however... Occasionally when typing, a letter will not register on the screen. Very irritating. I cannot discern a pattern. The foam/rubber shims holding the screen came unglued the second week. The back of the iPod is not protected from scratches (but I knew this when I purchased).”

“The keyboard performs as advertised but: The charging cable was stuffed in a little slot and was unnecessarily difficult to extract and then use. The instructions are printed in INCREDIBLY small, light print. I had to scan the card and then enlarge it on my PC monitor in order to read them. The case barely accommodates the keyboard and iPad together. I was quite afraid that the zipper would break or a seam would tear when I first closed it. I actually thought that something was still inside, preventing me from pushing the unit into the case. How much could it cost to add another 1/4" of material? All in all, my reaction as a customer was that Brydge put all their thought and effort into building a great keyboard and zero focus on the user's experience when opening the package. All engineers, no UX folks. Love the product. Don't feel like the company loves its customers.”
