“There is no doubt that this keyboard is one of, if not the best keyboard available for the iPad. Looks stunning, high quality, and does almost everything I need it to do. However this is my second keyboard. I bought the first version as soon as it was available and the new version is a different shade of space gray. My original keyboard matched perfectly, but this version is a lighter shade of gray. Customer service admit this is the case and it's to do with a new anodising process apparently. I was also sold on the new version with promises of a lighter, thinner keyboard. It is fractionally lighter (6%) but as much as advertised, but the dimensions are identical to the old version. I put them side by side, sent a photo to customer services, but failed to get any response. Very poor. My original keyboard stopped working after 18 months. I contacted Brydge, but was quite abruptly told, sorry your out of warranty, we cannot help. I was adamant that I would not buy from them again, but after looking at the other keyboards available, nothing seems to come close. Here's hoping that this version will not fail as quick.”

“I would say it lives up to the general consensus of other reviews I read prior to purchase. High quality for sure. Love the backlite keys. It's rather heavy. My iPad now feels like my laptop weight, so difficult to lug around in the same bag now. I like the clear plastic protective iPad cover , wish a cover was available for the Brydge. The carry bag is too tight of a fit. Imagine the zipper will go first. I only put earbuds in the side pocket. It's too small for a charger, But iPad runs a long time on a charge so I just carry my charger in my laptop bag as a backup to the charger at home. I'm happy with my purchases. The finish and feel match that of the iPad.”

“I had an Apple Smart Keyboard for my iPad Pro. I bought the Brydge, and the difference is drastic. Keys are better spaced and typing is much improved. Backlit keys and all the functions I use. Great!!”

“I received my brydge keyboard for Christmas very excited to get it. I tried to put my tablet inside the slot and it did not fit correctly. My tablet continue to slide in and out of the slot also some of the keys did not work. I return the keyboard after Christmas and did not get a full refund very disappointed still waiting on a response to why I did not get my full refund I would never buy from them again.”

“I ordered product and canceled 1 hour later. The next day I got an email saying they're getting ready for shipping. I responded I cancelled. Next day got an email saying shipped. I again emailed that I cancelled, and that I needed information to return it. The next day I got an email saying product was delivered. Problem is I never received it. When l emailed I was told it wasn't their problem”
