“It arrived very late. It took 25 days . There was no quick start guide. Don't know how long to charge it n how long it will last. I wrote to support email n did not get any reply. I'm disappointed with your service.”

“I like the keyboard, especially the backlit option, but I bought it for an iPad Pro 9.7, and I was stunned that it doesn’t use the Pro connector. Instead it’s the same as I have for my iPad mini, having to worry about charging the keyboard as well as the iPad, and fiddling with the Bluetooth connection every time I want to use it. I may go back to Apple Smart Keyboard after all.”
