“First off, the customer service was great! I ordered while Brydge was waiting for a replenishment shipment and my query about ship date was met with a very pleasant and timely response, as well as continual follow-through about the actual shipping date. The degree of customer service and care impressed me. Likewise, the keyboard itself impressed me! Exceptionally well made and turned my iPad into a laptop. Be sure to read the directions about how to attach the keyboard. I've seen some folks complain about that, and I suspect it was because they didn't read or follow the instructions. Set up was a snap, it took all of 10 seconds to get it up and running! Thanks for a great product!”

“While I appreciate this change to review I have not yet received my order. I can say that I did receive a reply to my status email from Eric a couple days after my inquiry. I got a email with tracking info on the 20th with expected delivery of the 22nd only to end up being the 27th according to tracking info. Oh well I suppose it will be good when it arrives”
