I am happy with the keyboard. Once in a while my ipad slips up and out of the shims; it happens occasionally, usually when I am moving it. Overall, I am satisfied with the keyboard.

Purchased new Brydge last month to replace two year old unit that failed. New Brydge does not fit, does not work and nobody from Brydge will respond to numerous email requests to honour replacement warranty. Disaster experience

I ordered the bridge keyboard for my iPad 2 air. I've had it about 2 or 3 weeks and really love it. It matched perfectly with the gold color of my iPad . It paired very easy and is very good quality. I've received compliments about it almost everywhere I've taken it. Very good purchase .

The keyboard is sturdy, connects well to my iPad Pro, and functions well as a Smart Cover for the iPad. The only problem I have, and this may be me rather than the keyboard, is that while typing, if I don't hit the keys with deliberate pressure, the letter I wanted to type does not register. It gets frustrating for me at times. Like I said before, this may be my problem and not the keyboard. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

I'm not someone who enjoys the two finger approach to composition. A keyboard is much more workable for me and this one is great.

The Brydge 9.7 is a perfect solution for those who want to turn an iPad into a laptop replacement. Pros: Weight ratio: the keyboard is slightly heavier than the iPad, so it doesn't tip over when you tap the screen or use it on your lap. Hinge: the hinge is fantastic. It had a secure grip, but you can still pull the iPad out easily. Additionally, the hinge is quite stiff which means you don't have to worry about the angle you set the iPad at falling out of place. Backlighting: one of those useful features for low light conditions. Cons: My only complaint is that some of the keys feel "soft". For instance, the 'm' key has to be pressed directly on the center and quite firmly to register. I think this might be specific to my unit, though, but I didn't want to send it back for exchange because I couldn't live without it once I had it!
