“I bought an air 2 shell and they sent me an air 1 shell. I emailed them about the situation and asked for a refund or the proper product and they told me there is nothing they could do and all sales are final. Thanks for that!”

“I had to pay additional HKD 320 for DHL delivery when I receive the product I shld hv been told from the beginning when I was ordering before I entered my credit card number that the delivery charge was NOT included. Was so dissapointed! Iwan Sastrawiguna Jakarta, Indonesia.”

“I don't like that it has to sync every time you start it up. I don't like the 2 tabs that hold the iPad, I have the pro and it's not secure, plus in the description/picture it looks like a complete lid. The sync is correct sometimes and the space bar acts like a tab bar. I do like the keyboard itself and the spacing and the feel of the keys.”

“Nice keyboard, easy to sync, works great. Only suggestion is to include hard plastic case for back of iPad to protect against dings.”
