“The keyboard I received was faulty in that one of the letters would not type on my command, however, the letter showed up whenever I opened a browser window or started to compose an email. Future buyers, beware, there is no phone number for customer service. You’ll have to correspond through a rather dicey interface, waiting a day or two for a response; may be asked more than once to upload a video of your problem; and perhaps be asked three days later if you spilled a cup of coffee on the brand-new keyboard you honestly said was defective out of the box. I bought this keyboard with very little research after reading the glowing reviews. I wouldn’t believe my review if I hadn’t experienced the absurdity of the return process. Beautiful product, which I am sure is a joy if it works without need for ‘customer service.’”

“This keyboard is just like typing on my former laptop. I like the light touch of the keys. Very pleased I chose this keyboard.”

“It works, so that’s good. Slower to wake up than the Apple keyboard. The brackets that hold the iPad in place obscure the edges, which impacts gesture usage. It’s a nice keyboard and it works well as a cover. The keys feel noticeably different than those on the Apple Smart Keyboard, and it feels more like a laptop. Neither of those points are good or bad, just different.”
