I love the keyboard, eventhough there is some lag a lot of the time. It is built solid and feels good typing. Just really disappointed they it took weeks to arrive when it said it normally ships in 24 hours unless holiday on website.

The customer support assisted me troubleshooting my product and when it couldn't be fixed, they went above and beyond! Thank you for your assistance, I will and have always recommend Brydge!

I sent my granddaughter the Brydgekeyboard keyboard that I had, ordered a new one for myself. Then my husband gave me the new big iPad Pro so I ordered a Brydgekeyboard for that. Still waiting for it to arrive. Until it does, I'm not using the new iPad Pro. I have to have this keyboard first. Best investment ever!

I had a very difficult time 'pairing' my Brydge keyboard. When I was finally able to pair the keyboard with my iPad Air II, the sound would not and still does not play. I reached out to Brydge support on 2 July, 2016 at 10:14pm, through their website. As of this writing, no responce. What I now have is a very expensive blue-tooth keyboard that if no better than the Zagg keyboard that it replaced. Quite disappointing. Also, I ordered the keyboard in responce to an e-mail that I received from Brydge that promised a free leather cover with any keyboard ordered for Father's Day. I placed my order by following the link in the e-mail. The 'free leather case' never shipped and I had to contact the Brydge support to resolve the issue. The rep that I spoke with sent the leather case, but didn't inform me of color choices and simply sent a 'brown' case. I would have MUCH preferred the black-colored case. Losing confidence in the Brydge brand. Given what has transpired thus far, I rather regret ordering.

I was not happy with the product, maybe my fault but I assumed there would be some protection for the iPad. Turns out you have to pay another 50 bucks to get the protective cover that goes with it. So, that's fine, I decided to return it. I had a VERY difficult time getting communication on how to return, waited days for an answer that didn't answer my question over and over. I had to pay 15$ for return shipping, AND a restocking fee. AND they tried to charge me 10 bucks if I didn't send it certified with a tracking number, but after complaining they agreed to let me send it regular mail - like I sai 15 bucks. I will stick with Amazon and other companies that have good communication and customer friendly return policies.
