“Loved the original keyboard it held my iPad firmly - had to send it back because of a key that kept sticking down. After following the instructions to bubble wrap and sufficiently keep the defective keyboard safe for it's return to manufacturer - I went beyond and purchased a tablet mailing box with exact size foam liner to keep it safe. The replacement keyboard showed up in a box with one piece of crumpled paper on top of it for it's packing - no padding - no foam - no bubble wrap - just a standard store package, free to bump around in the over-sized box from it's California starting point to New York. I did not receive compensation for the packaging that I provided the safe return of the defective keyboard as described in the return policy. I did provide the receipt. This keyboard is functional so far but seems refurbished. It came with the pads to hold your iPad already in place and they are not holding my iPad in snugly so I'm going to have to use the second set and then I'll have no backups. So the keyboard itself is ok but the service behind it is not what I expected - less than stellar.”

“Just got my Brydge keyboard as a replacement for a Zagg version that is falling apart after about a year. I love the 180 degree hinge so that I can angle the screen more comfortably when using my iPad in a standing position (mostly for recipes while cooking). I also love the keyboard. It is like my Macbook in layout and feel which makes moving between devices very easy. It appears to be much sturdier than my Zagg and has built in speakers that make it nice for listening to music, watching videos or for professional presentations. I can see why so many Tech magazines are fans.”

“I received a keyboard but the colour doesn't match my iPad. There is no options to do exchange or even get a decent response in this matter. Quite disappointed.”

“Having been using this for a few months now, it probably is the best iPAD keyboard there is. The unit itself really appears well made and just goes with my Gold iPAd Air 2 very well indeed. I rarely use the speaker function as I tend to use headphones but that feature in itself is brilliant. The keyboard charge lasts. I rarely detach the keyboard from my iPad, so in constant use everytime. Very good customer service as well! Thank yoU!”
